How to fill & sign the Authority to Act electronic form

What is this form for?

The Your Refund Expert Authority to Act / Terms & Conditions form, is a formal way of authorising our consultants to search & recover any lost moneys for you. For your convenience we have made the form as electronic and low fuss as possible. The main fields are able to be typed in and choices selected so you don't have to print, fill, sign and re-scan the document to send back to us to action. The document also has provision to be 'electronically signed'.

For most people you may be familiar on how such forms can be used, but for those not used to it the following is a step by step guide on how to do it!

1. Downloading the form

After downloading the form from the link to your PC, open the Word document: By default the form is in read only mode. Click 'Enable Editing'

2. Filling in the form

The fields in the form can now be filled out, carefully fill in and answer the necessary questions pertaining to your situation

3.Signing the form

The form is 'Finalised' and 'Locked from editing once it has been electronically signed. The following steps will explain the process

Signatures panel:

The Signatures properties panel will then open up to the side of the document

Sign:

The 'Sign' box will open (as below) you have a choice of either: Simply typing in your full name in the provided box with the 'X' next to it OR you may select a pre-create signature file - this is a scanned in image of your actual written signature (we highly recommend doing this).

After selecting your signature format choice, fill in any other of the list fields in the signing box, then simply click the 'Sign' button.

If you choose to select an image signature file, from the 'Select Image...' the 'Insert Pictures' dialogue box will open. You may choose from the available resources to find and insert your signature image file

I need to correct an entry on the form but its already signed and locked

Don't worry! If you need to correct or change your filled and signed form its a simple matter of removing the signature, refill the form and re-sign as instructed above.
